I would like to move the pedal position lower but I am already bottomed out on the master cylinder. I ride with my foot over the pedal and with it in the position it is in I tend to ride with the brake applied which in turn heats up and squeaks when applied. Anyone else have this problem? If so what have you done to correct?

Yup, I have the same problem. I adjusted the pedal too low so that my boot could cover it, and the position of the piston then blocked the fluid return tube. The result was that the brake eventually locked the rear wheel. Very annoying. I subsequently bought a set of Pivot Pegz. I can rock my boot back on the peg to cover the pedal, but still tend to apply the rear brake when I actually don't mean to. There ought to be more travel in the adjustment.

I made an extension to my peg which raises it 5/16 of an inch and widens it 1/4 inch I will be trying it out tomorrow to see if it helps. If not the next step is to cut the pedal and modify it to go lower.

Take a look at these pic's
