BMG at the S.F. bay area motorcycle show?

Looking at info for the cyclenews motorcycle show at www.motorcycleshows.com I saw that BMG has a booth for this weekends show.
Does anyone know if husaberg will be represented?
I don't recall seeing husaberg at past shows.

Hi Phil,
More likely than not it will be a local dealer and perhaps Brett Saunders.
Good news indeed as it has been 1997 since Husaberg was last represented in said show.

Just got back from the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show in San Mateo, CA.

':D' Imagine my surprise to see a Husaberg in the parking lot when I arrived to the show. I see these 2 guys (Brett & Patrick) putting the front wheel on to what turns out to be the FS650 from MotoXotica that is being raced in the AMA Supermoto series by Cheney.

I met and talked with Brett Saunders (nice guy) and Northern California's newest Husaberg dealer, Patrick the owner of Subterrainium Cycles in San Francisco. Both told me that more magazine test's/coverage were coming and to expect to see Husaberg as a sponsor at selected events next year.

On display inside were two 2005 Husaberg models, an FC450 and a FE550 plus 2 FS650 Supermoto bikes. One of the two Supermoto bikes is the bike currently being raced by Cheney on the AMA Supermoto circuit.

Missing in action - KTM without a display.

There were even new 2005 Husqvarna's on display from Munroe's out of San Francisco.

Motorcycle Show

I can't tell you how much fun it is meeting and greeting all of the 'Berg fanatics at the show. Our booth was swamped from the moment the doors opened. One guy sat on the 2005 FE550 for over an hour ! Please come out and see us on Saturday and Sunday, our Northern CA dealers will be out in FORCE both days. Patrick from Sub Cycles and Dave from D-H Cycles will be there for sure, and Dan from MotoXotica is supposed to make an appearance as well. You're welcome to caress the AMA Pro Supermoto racebikes before they go back to the batcave for last minute race prep. Thanks for your support !

Being that Husaberg is represented I must attend. Lookout Mike Kidd as here I come. :D

Sorry, inside joke. Mike Kidd (formerly of CCE / FUSA) now works for the shows promotional body.

Hi Brett:

I didn't see Husaberg on the vendor list for the Southern California show in Long Beach 12/3-12/5. Any chance someone from Husaberg will be there? We will be driving up to check it out on Saturday.

I Made the show Saturday afternoon. I missed Brett Saunders though did have a very pleasant visit with the crew of Subterranean Cycles. (San Francisco's brand new Husaberg Dealership)

Dale, I'm very sorry that I missed you, but I don't have the sort of "retail stamina" required to work a show like that for three days running :) I'm certain that you know what I'm talking about 8)

I've heard nothing but the most positive responses from show attendees regarding our bikes. Patrick and I have given out a huge number of retail brochures, and both of us are looking forward to rapid ramping up of sales in Northern CA. Once we fill my own back yard with 'Bergs, we'll expand in ever-increasing circles on our path to World Domination :twisted:

Sorry I missed you as well. However, being an obsessive - compulsive perfectionist (blessing and curse) I would likely pitch a tent nearby or simply sleep in the booth :D .
