Hi Gang,
Had some friends visit recently who brought their bikes along for a ride, a WR250 and a KLX450. Both bikes properly setup, springs and valving for a 80 kg rider. They had a ball riding around home while I watched. *******s! I did take them out on the trails too, me in the 4wd on the easy bits.
I broke out the 650 and they had a play on it on my test track around the house, both agreed that it was much easier to ride than the 450, and turned nearly as well as the 250. The only thing that they were continually thinking of was throttle control..............
And the suspension was a bit stiff for them too, setup for my 115kg.
650s can work in single track!
