Any suggestions on the best way to store carburetor tuning parts (jets and needles) and numbering them for easy identification.

I keep mine in something like this,

but a fishing tackle box or a sewing box may work as well.

because i take everything on the trail with me i crammed everything into a little trinket box that takes the 20+ needles i have diagonally. i also use little bags-like you would for "charlie"-for the jets.

How about tips for marking the size as it can sometimes take awhile to determine even with a magnifying glass.

Sometimes I have to read very small serial #'s and what helps me is a bit of white-out or a grease pencil to fill in the engraving. I think a mag glass works better though.

How about a spare jet carrier from Sudco.

I was wondering if you were nuts. I stopped.
