Hi guys its been a while since i have put a post up little bit more on my berg have now put the Rekluse pro in, moved the rear brake up to where the clutch was makes for great controlled power slides in the dirt when i took the side cover off to change the clutch and the sprague clutch i decided to throw in a new water pump seal, i should have left the thing alone i think ,have now changed two and its still leaking out the weep hole any ideas anyone apart from this its great starts first go on the button hot or cold also put a reservoir tank for the radiator which has been re-cored to hold 20% more fluid no more over heat

Hi Pitt,

I have had the same problem, it just started leaking from the weep hole after about 20 hours, but I wasn't sure if it was leaking from the shaft or the outer of the seal so I removed the pump cover and the impeller and applied some Wurth sealant around the circumference where it is pressed in and hey presto no more leak, that was about five hours of riding ago.
Give it a try no never know your luck.

sparks had the same problem i had. with the newer blue seals, there is more of a possibility that it will not seal on the outside edge due to small irregularities in the case surface. i've got a 3m sealer blobbed around mine.
