Hi Hacker. Be sure to specify what year this came from (2006-up I imagine).

Also, you may want to clarify what 45mnth means... how may engine hours does this component have?
 
<2005 it was replaced with 2006< and they are interchangeable.
This is 2006 (single bearing).
45mth it means that worked in engine 45 hours.
