If your bike was originaly an FS then that front brake will not work unless you change the mounting point for it. FE forks or end cap brake side. Gearing 14/45 for both or 15/45 street would OK. Not that big a deal to switch front sprockets this assuming 08 or older. 09 or newer then 13/42 or 14/42. Is it true no public lands for dirt bikes in Ireland?
If you're planning to do any kind of tight, technical, & uphill stuff, I'd recommend a minimum of a 48 on the back. Then swap a 13 & 14 up front, pending use.
Otherwise, you'll be burning up your clutch in no time trying to get started on those 1st gear hill starts.
