Axle Pull install?

O.K., I've got what I hope is a stupid question for someone... I got a front axle pull handle with my '10 450, and I cant figure out how to install it on the axle! Am I supposed to drill out the hex end of the axle, and press the pull handle in?

The end just taps out with a punch. I put them on my KTM before I sold it.

I am trying to install the ktm front axle pull. It is a friction fit part. Wondering if it is supposed to be pressed in to be flush with the axle.
