I don't think anyone can make out if you want to delete the decomp or not from that?

well here and I can only speak for here: we blank off the hole in the top right of the rocker cover having removed the L-bar. we also take the kickstart decomp out and blank that hole off too. we use a special bolt on the rocker cover and a normal one for the back of the crankcases. 2.50gbp here.
we fitr the 2004 decomp with our modified spring which is 25gbp. I trust that your 2002 has the cam with the shoulder not sticking through the sprocket by over 2mm and that you have the flush shoulder? was definetely a steel sprocket by 2002 so that is OK?
we make a choke cable to go from the carb up to your decomp lever and these are 25gbp.
while you are in the rocker housing you may not like what you see. but we try to use sealed bearings and not open ones.
