Are all BV heads the same??

Hi all

A question regarding the early (02-03 ) BV heads- are they all identical as I believe them to be??

Need to know if the head from my 03 650 is a direct bolt on replacement for my o2 501 ie identical volume etc :? .

as i'm aware they are. you'll have to try and take some measurements if you care too. try and do a compression test on the head. trust you can do that?

there is a slight difference in the heads but i think it comes down to the waterjacket bleed-off, the bridge in the inspection covers, later rockers, double breather. so not much then....
