Anyone have a Delica?

I have been looking at a Delica and measured it up I think a guy could get a couple of bikes in there...anyone have one and put the bikes in it? Can you get two in there? Any other comments about it...

The Delica is cool, but I'm not sure it's tall enough. I settled on a 1993 VW Eurovan 5 speed with a 5 cylinder engine. My FE501 rolls right in with 21/18" wheels without compressing the forks at all. There's even the rarer Transporter which is very similar and often comes with a Diesel/manual trans. The later Eurovans are bit nicer, and have a V6, but only come in Automatic. Aside from the Sprinter, I think it's the best bike transporter out there.

Hi there,
I use the Mitsubitsi Express van for bikes , I have to let the air out of the front tyre and compress the front forks with a small ratchet, it then wheels straight in, I can also fit two bikes as well, oposed to each other.

Anyone have a Delica?
