Right i bough this 650 last year fs-e , bought it from a bike shope that went bankrupt the guy own's 50% of the bike the bank the other i've been paying him for the bike and he hasn't being paying the bank. got a lawyer involved still waiting to get it sorted but i was thinking :evil: what would it take to reg this bike in a new frame with the engine to get the paper for it and clam it as my own you following me? :twisted: engine number and what else links the bike to the paper? this guy's done this to about 4 different people so he's a cowboy!!!

dont know about cypriot law but what your proposing in most other places is to 'ring' the bike - change its identity.
do you enjoy jail time? as i cant see any legal way of doing this as the bike already has an identity.
haven't you got any proof of the payments that you have made? also perhaps best not to give him any more money just yet.

go and brake his teeth and i beleive he will give you your money back.The same thing happen to me here in Greece and he take the money from the bank and he never gave me the bike and now i paying the bank 180 euros every month and we are in courts with him

Looks like were in the same race your little ahead of me Dirty01.This guy is also from greece (Crete) he's probaby done the same thing there thats why he's moved over here. He's been threatened and beat up by other's still no money. He lives for today one of them people. I'll call the bank and try negotite something if the say the want the bike. I haven't got it because there's been no papers or anythiing saying i've still got it or didn't give it back. His missed two court dates now we waiting for the final one on the 17th.
