Notice the small head size and the modified sticker on the rear fender reading FE50! I cant imagine if it really is 50cc that it produces enough power to push that bike around very fast...

That looks very similar to the KTM 65 engine. They use the same mounting location for the clutch slave cylinder and the cylinder and head look very similar to that.

I believe the engine is actually made by Beta, and I think they have a 50cc version with a gearbox.
