My frame was showing a little surface rust so I decided to get it blasted and powdercoated. While I was at it I figured why not get the swingarm done as well.

I went with yellow for the frame like the 2012 models. We didn't get that year here in the U.S. so I guess it makes it even more unique then it already is. :D For the swingarm I went with black, and I'll be getting the fork uppers coated in black as well.

Yeah, to me it's no fun riding when you're freezing your *** off lol. But I do wanna get at least one ride in the snow this winter.

What is this "snow" that you speak of?

A funny thing happens around here in the winter. Instead of rain we get this stuff falling from the sky that kinda resembles shaved ice.

But believe me, as tempting as it may be, you don't wanna eat the yellow snow. That yellow is definitely not lemon flavoring lol.

Winter season is very good. No need to clean the bike, just let the snow melt (sure, you can find deep mud holes under the snow, but generally it's much cleaner). And then you can drive on the ice which is so fun! And why not go for a snow track?

And let the driving keep you warm ;)

You are missing out!
