Looking Under the seat, and under the headlight there is too USB cables. Under the seat is a male connector, and under the headlight a female connector both are the same colored cords so I'm assuming they connect together. Could anyone give me some insight as to what these are for (pictured below).

Under the headlight there is a red female connector of some sort, not sure what connects to it I'm assuming it's the horn because my bike doesn't have a horn (previous owner detached). If it isn't for the horn, can you tell me where the horn wiring would go to, I've got the original horn/headlight/kill switch connected up but the kill switch doesn't work and the horn doesn't either (no horn assembly) the only way to turn the bike off is on the right side using the emergency kill switch can anyone elaborate on this (pictured below)?

Last but not least there is a clear female connector that had a rubber grommet in it (protector of dust?) can anyone elaborate on this as well (pictured below).

The bottom picture with the black blank looks like a diagnostic connector as it is under the seat what is a common spot. The USB ???????????????????? Never seen that before. I am guessing someone has used a USB cable to run a circuit????????????????? Do you have a fuel tuner on your bike?? as this would be the only item I could see using a electronics USB control wire? The red plug also looks aftermarket as well?

Anyone else have any ideas?

Could be a printer outlet to print maps from the GPS while on the fly
:)

USB is for sure the former owners aftermarket gadgets.

The red connector is hanging loose on my bike too. No clue.
See if you can find the schematics if you want to trace it down. But don't worry it has always hanged loose on my and I bought my bike new. But now I'm kinda curious..

The last connector I can't remember. Should be easy to find on the schematics.

I might take a look at the schematics later on tonight if I have time. I want to know myself now :)

Took a look at my KTM service manuals and found a red connector under seat shows acc power, connector looks the same?

I had a stack into a mud puddle yesterday and the emergency kill switch and starter button are all dodgy the button to kill it was stuck in i took it all apart cleaned it and put it back together but it isnt functioning properly the button isn't clicking into positions the only thing I can do which is temporary is push it in and manually pull it out with my hand but after riding it creeps back in and kills the bike any ideas of what to do to fix it other than buying a new one?

wiring "harness"

Hello Bilga. Most early Husaberg wiring looks like a homemade mess. Including yours. Even identical models have differences.
Start tracing power routes using a volt meter. Don`t trust wire colours. As you go, tug on each wire, in case it is not locked into the cheap connectors. You will soon find a loose or broken wire.
Without doing further damage, remove anything that isn`t needed to make it go, starting with that USB cable. Give every plug-in a small shot of WD40 while it`s apart. Looks like that welder guy in the movie threw some wiring together while waiting for the steel delivery. I have seen worse wiring, just never on a bike.
Good luck, L.
