I can hardly wait for the 7L tank to arrive. I have spent the last few days on an 07 FE550 with the stock tank and a 2007 FE450 with an Omero and the Omero tank makes the bike feel 20lbs lighter than with the stock tank. The Omero is just plain awesome.

Off topic a bit, but, in regards to the tank being wide, at the Husaberg demo that I had at cornergrass this weekend, many commented on it. I never measured myself, but I've heard that the berg measures 1.5 inches narrower at the pegs than other bikes, so this alone will enhance that feeling of the wide tank. THe wide tank didn't matter to most, as they realized that the bikes turned so much better than their own set up bikes.

only thing i want to know is will it fit a '03 model. or should i just save for the rumoured 'wunder bike' due in '09
scotts prob right about it not being as thin as the omero tank as the 1 berg at the hafren enduro had a alu tank which looked like an omero unit and it really was slim.
