Hi fella's
I have just had another fantastic ride on my fe570 through some lovely New Zealand countryside but unfortunately
while carrying out a very long steep down hill section I came across two downed bikes and thinking outside the square like a Husaberg rider I decided to veer off and make my own track. This was going very well right until I came across
a road which was cut into the mountain which had a 10 foot vertical bank cut into it.
The front wheel just dropped down and the bike rotated around it.
So basically the bike landed upside down from 10 feet on its rear mud guard and seat.
All the impact would have been transferred through the subframe tank to the frame.
This has always been my biggest fear with the new berg with the plastic subframe.
After a very careful inspection I found no damage at all to the subframe tank or bike itself.
I just thought I would share this wee mishap with you all as I was very impressed with the result.
Thanks John for building such a great product.
Happy Wheeling
