Just to let you know there are still subtle changes being made to bikes in order that they run sweeter and just recently not only have we been going down one PJ size for most bikes due to the wear on the old dell orto carbs but that we have gone down two sizes for the 650s.
the current PJ in all old 650s is a 35PJ not a 40. We just hear so many 650s burbling away (rich) instead of purring. this helps with starting of course which is what it is really all about. It especially helps continuous starting when not riding.
Our rule for customers is to: treat your bike like a Gurka's knife!
