I have just picked up a used 2010 570 FE.
When the bike is cold and I pull the clutch in and click it on gear, it jumps forward and stalls the motor.
Once the bike is warmed up it seems do 90% got away. However even once it is warm it still seems to want to lurch forward a little when at a complete stop and in gear. It seems as if the clutch is partially engaged making it very hard to find neutral while at a complete stop.

Has anyone else experienced these symptoms? What have you done to solve this, New clutch plates, bleeding the hydraulic clutch?
Thanks for the help.

I have a new 390 , same issue. Also if the bike is off, if your are in gear, the clutch wont disengage. So you cant start the bike in gear with the clutch in. otherwise its fine.
I took it to the dealer, they told me ride it for a while. They told me to also let it warm up for 10 minutes.
I did let it warm up for 10 minutes on the last ride the tempurature was in the upper 50's and the bike did not stall , lurch or clunk into gear.

My 01 FE 570 will do this the first time I put it in gear after sitting for a few days
If I warm the engine up and rev it a few times this seems to help break the clutch plates loose
I run a Rekluse clutch
About every 2000 miles I will use 80 grit sand paper with a sanding board and just knock the glaze off the fibers
( fiber plates glaze a little from uses, don't get cared away with the sanding)
Make sure your fibers and steels run true
This does help
