I've been checking on the same thing
The 95mm Husaberg cylinder from the 450 seems to be shorter by a few mm
The only reason I say this is the 570 uses a 114 link cam chain the 450 uses a 110 link
Not sure if you could use the 95mm cylinder from a KTM on the Husaberg, this might work
the 570 and the KTM 530 have the same stroke
we need more information to be sure!!

maybe get in touch with Travis at thumper racing

his username at ktmtalk is TravisD37

I have a TR 102mm in my Husaberg 450 (518cc). It was done before I bought the bike but talking to Travis about it he said that the cylinder is the same for the KTM 450 and berg 450. I would assume that the height is the same for the 530 and the 570, but with different bores. Wouldn't really make sense for KTM to make 6 different cylinders for the 390/400, 450's, and 530/570.

I sold him the original cylinder (which came with the bike) so he could use it as a core, I suspect that it will end up on a KTM as there are just more of them.

BTW-it is an awesome motor.
