550 04 still won't start

Hi,
Thanks for reply Taffy, I have checked out both carb and the valves look to be seated ok,put in fresh fuel and left off the exhaust headers, go for start up and popping out of ports and a lot of excess fuel blowing out as well.Could the problem be valve timing out?
Any thoughts.

could be I suppose! get the ignition timing mark on the right to TDC and then look at the cam lobes.
