I'm having one piece steel valves made in both 37mm and 35mm sizes.

they are both around 0.75mm longer than the OEM parts so that the DVSKs can be fitted as near to the perfect 36mm length as possible.

the backs are being machined with the same flow design as the racing valves and with the waisted stem as well.

finally, although the 35s will be more expensive than the OEMs at around 30gbp. the 37s will be 32gbp and given that the factory charge 96gbp it is a fair old saving!

if you have any questions, why not make one of them to KTM asking them how come a 35mm valve is 24 quid and a 37mm valves ia 120 quid?

expected arrival is in about 4 weeks time.

70 degree motors - Ti valves used on one half vs SS on the other half make the price difference on that motor. Sure that is old news
to you though.

I don't quite follow you but just to say that the 120 quid that Husaberg want for their standard 2 piece steel valves seems a lot!

these valves are in stock and have been used in a few engines already. they are one piece valves and not two piece like the Ferrea's I had before.

gas flow tested by for me they are on ebay.
