So I have a 2011 husaBerg FS 570. Bike has been sitting a while, ran before storage.I tried to start it ,it would start but backfire and spit. Head tube was getting super hot. I figured it was super lean.I had already put a new fuel pump in it before but I just replaced it again anyways( has a split line in tank :replaced).I also replaced the injector Along with a new spark plug. I also did a valve adjustment and only needed to do one shim.

Problem now is bike starts great on first attempt and then shuts down. Harder to start after that and I have to keep the throttle open a little to keep it running. Running out of options .

Unplugged tps and pointed light down throttle body. Injector pulses fuel at wide open throttle.

Just tested the TPS. Volt meter (2v) black and yellow wire. Reading with ignition on: .5677 throttle closed , gradually open throttle and the reading goes up until it hits 1.9v and dead after that. Mid throttle has no reading. Am I testing this right? Seems like I may have a bad sensor. I want to make sure before I throw another thing at this it doesn’t need. Lol
