I am considering buying a 2010 Husaberg FE 390 it has around 130 hours on it any thoughts on this bike? I know there are allot of considerations but generally speaking what do you think it would be worth? I know they do not make the 70 degree motor anymore so my thoughts are its resale value should be very low. I just want a good bike to ride in the forest nothing more than single track woods for a hobby I ride a YZ250F now. I ride almost every weekend too so what are your thoughts?

Bike is top heavy when picking it up a lot off the ground. Buy a fuel pump just in case. But you won't feel that weight when riding it. it's like a 2 stroke light front end. I really like mine!

I have one and it's a great bike. Mine has 100 hours on it and feels like new. I had to replace the clutch slave cylinder, other than that no problems. I'm thinking of selling as I've not ridden it for over a year now, though I'm reluctant as it's a truly great bike and I see it as a cult classic with the 70 degree motor which works the weight of the bike well. I rode a friends 450 Husaberg fe before I got mine and his 300 Ktm six days before buying the 390 as I felt the 450 unnecessary with too much power. Loved the 300 two stroke also.

Good bike, coming from a yz250f though it will feel a bit docile being a trail bike.

I have a 390, 570, 570 motard, KTM 450 SXF-FE, KTM 250 SXF-FE, etc. I've ridden the 390 in the mountains with friends who were on 570s. On roads, they left me behind, but only up to the speed limit. The tighter the trails become, the better the 390 performs. Put a fan on the radiator, keep an eye on all nuts and connectors, and change the oil often.
