2010 390 Swingarm

Hey guys i have a buddy who has a crack in his 2010 fe 390 swingarm and he would like me to weld it. I need to know what type of aluminum it is so i can choose the right filler material. Im thinking its possibly a 6061-T4 or a 6061-T6 but im not sure. If anyone can tell me with 100 percent certainty what type of aluminum husaberg uses in their swingarms i would appreciate it.

whilst this isnt going to be much help, its a good bet its the same as ktm's so maybe easier to try and track down what the make up of ktm swing arms are as there is a bigger KTM community than Berg

not much help but pretty sure its this stuff :EN AC-Si7 Mg 0,3

4043 should be fine

sometimes the cast numbers in the sarm have some relevance

Cypher is right though, ask on KTM talk or ADVrider there are a lot more people making stuff posting on there
