So my berg has ******* violent vibrations. It's not that bad when giving a gas at stop or when accelerating (still quite noticeable) but Jesus when you accelerate fast and let of the gas to engine brake, it feels like your hands are going to fall of, almost hurts. I ride brand new Supermoto rims at road that are balanced to perfection so they are not the reason i think. Alsso after riding the berg my 250 2stroke 2005 KTM SX feels like it doesn't vibrate at all.

Yours is not an engine vibration problem intended as a balance of the rotating / alternating masses, but I believe you have a problem with the irregularity of operation due to an incorrect dosage of petrol.

Check the exhaust smoke when vibrate , If you dont have any smoke behind then for sure its some balancer bearing .
if you have smoke , then go to upside of engine and start checking

Tight?

Everything tight, i.e. all engine mounts? Head bearings? Bar mounts? Even loose muffler brackets can make stupid vibrations.
The bolts holding the top engine mount bracket to the frame can back out, even lower shock mount/ spherical bearing if worn plays games on backoff with motard spec- you don't notice it with knobbies.

Okay so today I was riding and the bike started acting really weird, at first it sounded it was running super rich, but I didn't mind it, next I took good accelerating from intersection and the bike had like half of the power that normally and didn't rev up properly then I tried to give it bit revlimiter to see what the freak just happened and it barely had power to rev to revlimiter. And the bike alsso shoot flames from Pipe and could barely run idle. So any ideas what the **** is happening, alsso the engine mounts were properly tightened checked all of them, but now that I started to inspect the bike I noticed that it had vibrated so much that the top mount had fallen out and all of the rear bolts had come loose. I think that alfys idea for vibrations could be right.

And the bike really doesn't stall but sounds mor like bad spark plug exept the loud bangs and shooting flames. But I already checked with another spark plug but there was no difference. The bike has alsso been rebuilt during winter (not the engine) and I changed the muffler to FMF 4.1 titanium. The bike alsso run quite nice few rides and the new muffler didn't have any carbon built up, but after today's 20min ride there was quite a lot of some black **** at the end of muffler and the bike alsso smoked quite a bit.

Does anyone have any ideas where to start look for the problem, the if lamp didn't show any codes I think.

Checked the spark plug cap already an I don't really think it is spark issue (there is always chance tho) but I would think it is rather fuel issue, I'm going to check the fuel pressure and filter later tonight. Any tips to cleaning the injector, I was planning to buy small ultrasound washer, they are quite reasonable priced at my local hardware store. Or then I was thinking to get the injector to my local husaberg service.

Fuel pump pressure was 50 psi and it makes good constant sound. I was thinking if the problem would solve if I just clean the injector.

Yesterday I got to ride my friends husaberg identical to my bike, and my bike is definitely vibrating too much. My friends bike got almost no vibrations at any rpm. So there is definitely something wrong with my berg.
