I am a newbie and have read through every thread I can find on this topic and saw a few YouTube videos. I was so excited to get this bike and before I could even ride it noticed the oil was milky. I have a few questions that have not been answered in the threads I have read and the videos I have watched:

-I ended up ordering the parts out of England- does anyone know a good US source for parts?
-There are two seals (though one place selling a water pump kit said there is just one). Several questions related to this
- I have seen the threads about covering up the shaft with heat shrink- any other tips on assembly that will help?
-One video where the guy really knows bergs said to put in side seal with flat surface out, outside seal with flat surface facing in.
- any tips for assembly related to the bearing and the order of installing bearing and seals?

The bearing disintegrated and the bearing balls were in the engine- I got most of them - but not sure if there are any remaining - anyone else had this experience and any suggestions other than a complete tear down?

Thanks

you want to check if the seep hole in the front face of the left cover is open or sealed off. if there are leaks, this is the first place the oil or coolant should ooze from.

the seal is put in with the code numbers away from you so that you can see the support spring in the groove at the back.
