Need a little help have an 04 550fe bike rode it 4 times now the last time it ran great sat for 2 to 3 weeks i knew the battery was going but wanted to ride it kicked it over. ran great that day i replaced the battery and spark plug now the bike sounds like it hitting a rev limiter at 1/4 to 1/2 throttle no back fire in carb, idles great just sitting there.

did all electrical test
no water in fuel
