Hello all, recently discovered the Husabergs, yet to own one but read more and more about them everyday. Excited to start what could be a new maker obsession.
Currently living in Japan, looking to purchase a 2004 fe650e with the intent of bringing it back to the U.S. (ohio) upon the completion of a work assignment. I have done some initial searching online to try and find out if Husaberg originally imported this same bike to the U.S. which may help me out from a EPA stand point. Any advice as to where I can verify if this bike meets EPA U.S. requirements from 2004 is greatly appreciated. I will have a vin. tomorrow, unsure where this bike was imported in to Japan from.

. Not many of these floating around in Japan, dealers don`t know much about them including the one I am purchasing this from. Trying to sort out what parts have been switched out from stock (currently set up for supermoto). Also attempting to confirm engine number is correct to the frame.
