The original BBR Berg is in the classifieds right now. That would be quite a doozy to own but something you'd be afraid to actually ride as well.
 
Hey a berg with a plate (street legal) is good one for the shed. Who knows you might be working in the dark one day and put plate on the wrong berg.

I think we need to set up a fund for FR4 to pay for the camping for the person who brings the oldest berg (of course they have let me ride it) Race bike with best history etc.
 
Do the Bergs that old have oil pumps? or do they use the timing chain for oil carrier, or what? I heard that was the downfall of the early bergs....no oil pumps.......

This is a good question. Does any Husaberg historians have the answer to this question? :?
 
hmmmmmm

It may be fine for a trail bike, /collector bike....if ridden carefully it would probably be fine, but racing, they just fell apart....just not enough oil to engine components......of course, noone in his right mind would ever try to race that bike.....just saying.......
