'13 husaberg TE250 - Tusk wiring harness

Hi guys,

I have a 2013 husaberg TE250 and I'd love to add some addons to make it street legal in NB Canada.

Things I'd love to accomplish with the Tusk products are:

-Hi/lo beam headlight
-horn
-rear brake light activated with foot brake

There *is* *this link* here that let's me purchase a whole package, but it includes items I dont want such as: blinkers, flasher relay, on/off switch and the rear fender with an already mounted rear brake light.

Instead, I believe I could save a few bucks by buying individual parts yet meeting all the NB street requirements.

I was looking at purchasing these individual parts on rockymountainatv.com:

But here's the thing, as far as I can tell, all the parts above need to be connected to a wiring harness that spreads throughout the body of the bike to then hook on the battery. Well, are you guys able to tell me why then this wiring harness here is not compatible with my bike?

Hey Sebastienb,

I just went through this last year with my 2014 FE model. By what I understand the TE is not a model available from EU KTM that is streetable. With this being said, I think your harness might be missing a few things. I was able to order a few harness additions from KTM and pretty much plug and play my model. It seems that you are not putting turn signals on by what I see. If this is the case then the addition of a hydraulic pressure switch on both front and rear is easy to achieve. I used a few parts from Sicass Racing and the shipping was fast as well good service to Canada. They offer harness's made by them for the hookup. They will also give you lots of support if you ask. They can supply everything you will need. I can walk you through everything but it might be easier to look at their website first.
