09 Models for US market

Am i correct in assuming the standard 09 bergs for the US market are sold with no headlight, and have just a front number plate only?

If so can someone please advise what the part no. is for the White Front Number plate.

Not 100% sure but i think they have a headlight,tail light & brake light. Most of there enduro bike's are that way.
