08 FE550e Valve Adjustment - Torque settings?

Hi everyone.

My first valve check was done by the dealer but its time for #2 and I want to do it myself. I have looked through 7 different threads on this site so pretty comfortable with the 1/6 method.

What i did not find here or in any of the manuals is the torque setting for the valve cover screws, adjuster nuts etc.

Can anyone give me some guidance on those settings?

the valve cover screws are m5 allen head and need to tighten at 6NM but they are hard to reach with the torque wrench.
the adjusting nuts needs 11NM of torque and anything more will cause the screws to warp..
