Howdy,
I found this bike on Craigslist, any feedback on the '03 would be much appreciated!

BTW, I've rode Berg's (Bigbob's), but I usually ride orange- anything y'all gotta say, please don't hold back..

Looks nice, but I think I would hold out for an 04 or later.

the 03 are red sticker in CA. Which is a pain unless you ride very northern CA.

Thanks for the heads up. I rarely ride Carnegie or Hollister during the green only season.
Most of our rides are up at FH, GT & Cow during the dry months, sticker color doesn't matter at those places.
Lafayette eh? I used to live in Lafayette- Crockett nowdays.

Crockett your not that far from Sandhill. Of course the MX tracks you can also ride all year with any sticker (private property).

I've raced Sandhill in the past, nice track!
It's sad Dan stopped sellin' Bergs, I used to really enjoy stopping by his shop & drooling over the new bikes...

I've raced Sandhill in the past, nice track!
One day Rodney Smith lapped me. Right then I figured it was about time to hang up the # plate and head fer the hills. I figured at 42, my motocross days were numbered, time to mellow out. :wink: I'm 57 now, love them trees..

no. in the pic it looks pretty new. it's hard to say but it looks like it has more hrs that he says.

I asked Dan why he stopped selling new Berg's. I believe it was an economic situation, with Berg's selling MSRP close to 10K. Anyway, its still a great place to do business, class act.
