Got it on the dyno and nearly finished - runs pretty good.

Wow! Tell us about the engine. Must be bore and stroke. A bore job only would require a 108 mm piston!!

that dyno chart is pretty useless without the before run on the same machine. do you have the figures for before?

Stock they make 56-57hp

This wasn't a tune of a stock motor to see what you could get out of stock parts and tuning, so the dyno isn't useless to me. This is the only Berg that exist in the world with this mix of parts so there is NO baseline to check a before run. This is the baseline. Thought I'd share, some may like to drool.

I am still mystified as to the actual engine displacement. Did you really get 663cc with a simple big bore kit? That would require a monstrous, and I would think unobtainable, 108mm bore size.

78mm x 104mm = 663cc

104mm is as big as the bore can be safely done, I could have gone 105mm but was told reliabilty would be greatly reduced. 78x104 is a know commodity with a few KTM tuners/builders - some mods and it also fits the Berg.

I noticed you are in Bremerton, Wa. Are you running that at PGP? Would be a blast at ORP also! I'm running the Oregon Superbikers club this year. Come out and play

Thanks for the invite, don't think this baby will pass the sound check at Mac.

That HP figure is impressive, but what really strikes me is how linear and flat the torque curve is. Very nice!

That should be a beast at ORP. Might be hard to get the power down on kart tracks though? Fastest guy around here rides a CRF250.
