I think you are looking for is under the drain plug. unscrew drain plug and look up its the on in front of the main jet (closest to the motor side) That make sense???

I don't know where you are from, but, look on Sudco's web site and get yourself an adjustable pilot air screw. You will have to relieve the bell just slightly to allow the bell to seat properly but, you'll have whatever size pilot air screw you want after that.

RE: Re: Keihin fcr jet

I have the same carb (It's an oem honda carb right?) I've looked high and low, and could not find a replacement anywhere that was a different size. Also, the air screw does not fit. Believe me, I've tried.
I run that carb on a 600 with a big gun exhaust. I left the main jet at 175, and dropped the pilot jet to 38 (might go a hair smaller). It's not exactly right, but runs pretty good.
I guess you could fill the air jet with epoxy, and drill it to size.

How did you make the connection to the air filter elbow?

Good luck. (If you do find a replacement somewhere, let me know)

RE: Re: Keihin fcr jet

no he isn't on about the PF.
no a PAS won't fit his model of carb.

i think you need to get the jet out and have a look at the sudco site as ken suggested. failing that solder and drill as FJ1200 says. a .5mm or a .55mm drill bit is all you need. do grind your numbers off at the end though and put some new ones on if you can?
