I will be corrected if I am wrong, but I do not believe there are any differences between the countries that the bike goes to, maybe jetting and the tires, everything else should be the same regardless of where the bike is going. Hope this helps.

Most all the bikes come with the "Green" jetting for emissions purposes.
Please explain what you mean by "Factory Works".
