FE shock - will it fit a KTM
Hi again Joe - I was going to fit this FE shock to my '98 exc 200
The seller says it will fit - have not bought it as yet - are Husaberg and KTM shocks of this era interchangable ??
Riding mostly mountain single track fairly smooth - occasionally on an mx track - I'm 165lb with riding gear.
If it does fit - am I in the ballpark with this shock or do you think it's way out ??

The shock from the Husaberg will not fit your KTM. There are two reasons for this.
1. The bottom mount is different, the KTM uses a clevis with the Heim bearing in the swingarm and the 'Berg has the heim bearing in the shock.
2. The offset of the reservior is different and it will not fit into the KTM.
