I was just wondering if anyone knew the 0-60 and 0-100 times for an FS650.

I'm really interested in a supermoto bike, and realize its not about straight line speed, but I would jsut like to compare it to the straight line speed of sportbikes I've owned. Just so I could get a feel for what I should expect.

I'll probably have it geared for 120mph or so, does anyone know what gearing that would be from stock?

I don't have any forensic figures but I'll hazard a guess.

0-60mph feels something in the neighborhood of 3-4 seconds.

0-100mph feels something in the neighborhood of 7-8 seconds.

These bikes wil typically top out just a bit over 100mph but their real forte is the 0 to 60mph, hit the brakes to 15mph, turn, gas it again up to 70mph, hit the brakes, turn and repeat capabilities.

For me the weight of the bike is the most important, for when I fall. :signhelp:

0-60mph time of 4.4 seconds?
0-92mph time of 5.77 seconds?
0-92 mph time of 9.65 seconds.... (in a high gear?)

It says it does a quarter mile in 13 seconds, at 100mph? so:

0-100mph time of 13.02 seconds... It takes 7 seconds to get from 92-100 mph? Or redline at 100mph??

Edit: I misinterpreted... 14.24 for 5th gear roll-on from 60-160km/h? Looks like a roll on I guess.

Zero to 80, it's faster than a CHP in a Crown Vic.....(don't ask  )

We put together a -02 650 and took it to the airfield strip.
It went 12,3sec and 108MPH (173KPH). It was my old enduro kit in the engine.
If we had a higher gearing it would be faster,it went on the rev limiter.
