Has anyone see a similar hole to this on one on my 1992 350?

I had noticed it previously but there was no issue, when i replaced the piston recently i noticed the impeller was not spinning, so I fixed that and now I get radiator fluid leaking out of the hole.

There is no thread, no reference in the manual...

Before I bush mechanic fix it, any ideas?

you have two oil seals on the camshaft in a cap and one keeps oil in the engine and the other keeps coolant in the outer housing. if either leak into a central foye, they come out of that hole.

straight away I can see that that oil seal is put in the wrong way around. I should be able to asee the garter spring around the back.
