Looking to fit a big end in the JBS crank and will probably use a OEM kit, the conrod fitted is a XT600 item. Looks like the Hus conrod may be slightly narrower on the big end pin.
The motor was running with a balancer but the crank web doesn't have the pinhole oilway that a standard crank does!
I'm thinking that the balancer bearing is lubricated by oil mist only? I suspect that JBS ran the engines without a balancer?
I don't know how many hours this motor has done but I can't detect any wear in the bearing but this set up must shorten its life!
