As the title sorta says, i have a 2010 fe390 that cranks over really well, but there is no power to fuses 1, 3 & 4, so no fuel pump or lighting and wont start. I have searched on the net and tried a few things, like put power direct onto no 1 fuse and the pump primes up no issues.
I also have power going to the regulator, but no power out of the regulator when cranking.
There is voltage coming from the stator when cranking as well
The white/black stripe wire has no breaks from the regulator to the ecu and the brown wire goes to earth.
Everything points to the regulator for me, but i am hopeless and not very confident when it comes to electrical, so really hoping someone can help so i dont start spending money on maybes and parts that possibly arent the issue!!

First thing would be to look for any evidence of broken or frayed wiring. Then with an inexpensive voltmeter and the schematic for the bike you can do a check of the wiring to find any shorts, breaks or connection issues. Wire routing is not the greatest on these bikes and I found a problem with a worn through sheath and partly exposed wire just through visual inspection when I took off the shock that I caught and fixed before it left me stranded somewhere.

Good luck

regulator or power relais or cable problem between ( regulator ==> power relay or
power relay ==> fuse 1.3.4 )

the voltage regulator to a contact that closes as soon as the engine runs

this contact serves as a control to a relay (power relay) which allows the arrival of the current on the fuses 1, 3 and 4

if the regulator contact is HS, go through a button on the handlebar to power the power relay or directly fuse 1.3.4

Have been doing wiring inspection, havent got to where it runs over the motor yet, but havent found anything yet
When talking about the power relay, where abouts is that located? All i can find is the starter solenoid, and the indicator relay. Havent been able to find any other ones?
Have a new on/off/start switch on the way, but havent recieved it yet...

I think it is under the battery : 61111057000 RELAY CM1A-R-12V-H80 07

Thats the part number for the relay i believe could possibly be the issue, but i think the pics are of the tip over sensor. I think i have finally found the power relay, next to the coil in behind the left side radiator....bugger to get to, but if its it its a cheap fix for a genuine part...
Will get one and fit when i get back from overseas...

I also hesitated for the location.

I would have also said next to the coil HT but watching the wiring harness ( fs 570 EU) on the part finder husqvarna, the relay will find at the location shown in the photo

and next to the HT coil, it looks like it's a simple diode

but you will be able to confirm us when you have found it

Searching the part number so i can see what it look like, it is the one next to the coil!!

Ok. Relay is working fine when tested off the bike. Seems i am not getting power to the relay via the red and white wire. I cannot find where the other end of the red and white wire goes to, going to study the wiring diagrams...

Problem found. Where the whire/red wire connects all up in the main loom (roughly where the 'p' clamp / bend behind the fuel tank) the teeminal had corroded and they were all barely holding on, with the one for the relay off completely!!

Thank you for all the help [emoji4]
