Torque figure ?
At a guess, I tend to think that the insert would have more of an effect on torque ie good torque curve at the expense of HP.
I have done many tests on this. With correct diameter (ie 35-36mm) for around 600cc engines, there is no loss or gain it just kills the noise by around 3db, which is a lot on a logarithmic scale.
The doma I use on the tuned 570 conveniently came with the good one in it at 35mm and as mentioned above it doesnt change the power just kills the noise, the tone is still rumbling, very nice
torque=hp*5252/rpm. If you know the gearing used on the dyno for road speed maybe you can calculate it.
