I want to create a place where all can go to and look up suppliers of all parts. Anyone please help to grow and make it comprehensive and long list of available sources of parts. I will start. 1- Offroadboss.com Rick is good and busy one man deal, can get many parts! 2- Munnracing.com I am not having any experience/comments here- just check it out. 3- ORANGEBERG- email [email protected] phone I think 02 63658519, good guy! 4- mototech.com.au 5- motoxotica.com 6- daveclarkracing.com 7- trevorpopemotorcycles.co.uk 8- taffmeisters.co.uk, many parts/used bikes available here as well as mechanics shop. 9- MOTOCAL graphics/stickers 10- hyena-mx.com also stickers 11- midwestme.com good levers clutch and brake 12- wemoto.com brakes, sprockets filters batteries wheel bearings dust seals clutch master cylinder rebuild kit antifreeze hoses levers exhaust valves 13- you can use starter motor from Yamaha R6 with minimum alteration on pre 09 Bergs stronger and better. Not sure if jbs racing still has something for the Berg. Anyone please make corrections and additions as you think will be helpful to our group.

Suspension work! Look here!

George at ESP suspension too, he did mine and it was PERFECT! He does an incredible job when it comes to suspension. I came to appreciate it and the berg in the Matomi Wash.

DALE E O SUSPENSION is the only way to go. First, he is a desert racer and true Husaberg lover. Second, he just completed the suspension on my second FX-450. This time, I needed a little stiffer in some parts of the stroke to handle high-speed sand whoops but without losing supple control over the slippery roots we have in our series here in Florida. The bike came back amazing. Now, my first was already great but I have improved as a rider and he properly figured our what to do and it is nothing short of fantastic. So I highly suggest talking to Dale.

Bump

Hey fellas! Please pitch in here. We need to have more parts sources especially in NA.

Travis at Thumper Racing is awesome shop and guy. Pleasure to talk to him and deal with him. He can do main spherical rollers upgrade, large valves and porting head and carb. They do it all and first class all 5he way.

Enduro engineering is offering seats. Claiming superior comfort vs stock. Not difficult task really. Also fisbersaddlebags.com offering up to 11" wide seats!!! Looks the part l say.

Corbin also makes nice seats. Guts racing makes too, yet another option.

[email protected] has got all remaining parts from Australia warehouse or something like that. Orangeberg his name here. Should have lots of stuff. Also Taffy got heaps of parts from old factory warehouse.

bl Italia...can make aluminium tank, swingarm and possibly a new frame

Rosciano Moto...can make cnc clamp and all custom cnc work ( well spacer and more)

Paioli ...can make the kyb fork machining to make them fit
Ohlins shock ...model ha1684 can be machined to fit husaberg 650

Custom frame is good idea. So that we can install proper air filter. My dream would be titanium frame. If it saves good amount of weight.

That would be nice if someone could make it happen. Anyone know a Ti frame maker ?

vertemati factory made them I saw them in Italy for supermoto unfortunately i tried to contact them and it's impossible to be in touch, they don't reply and even by calling them my phone says invalid number

problem of TI is welding ,it's not easy and if not done properly can crack

at 11.30 you see one

2 people you can contact for it but I am not 100% sure if they can make it

Dario Galezzi (he was behind some husaberg and now with TM racing team) Motorservice di Dario Galezzi

Find retired quality welder/fabricator. Supply him material and let the old expert have hobby for us. Or perhaps find Chinese outfit to do it??? I would take our frame and use latest ktm geometry and modify air filter section to take real automotive conical filter.

Like this. Twist and lock in place.

About a year ago I saw English dude fabricate state of the art frame for Ducati. He was seriuos fabricator enthusiasts. Possibly Englishman.

There are a few guys fabricating frames but not many can make Ti ...it's not the frame itself the issue but the welding that can Crack or be contaminate ...(if the guy goes welding with some gloves that touched before some steel dust, that's it your Ti frame will eventually crack)...the husquarna frame on the smr is the best the new ktm frame are more flexible and you don't want it for supermoto ...best people who can also help you out are bicycle frame maker for Ti (they can be the best)

fe390 diagnostic software

Hi
Please advise what kind of software you are using to read/clear fault codes from your bike.
I need a software to communicate with a 2010 FE390. Android based software is preferred.

Thank you for your support.
