Hi,

Came back from a trail ride and noticed the upper roller that is sandwiched between the frame and battery basket is missing.

No worries, check the manual .... can't find the part on the pages for either battery basket or frame parts. The drawing doesn't show it. There's a part that is close by - 41001052000 - but that's just a rubber sleeve.

Anyone know the required part? The metal spacer is still there, but the roller and bolt are gone.

Thanks in advance.

CM

Thanks guys.

I see and already have options of WHERE to buy. It's the WHAT.

I'm not seeing a reference in my manual to an upper roller, much less that it bolts to the frame, as mine did.

So it's a part number I'm after. I see wider and narrower rollers online; I recall it (when I replace the battery) it was narrower than wider, but again, with it now missing and not seeing it in the parts manual, it's a bit of guesswork.

Thx.

Call Ken @ Kenco and pick his brain he can probably help you He sold them, work's on them, rides them and sells parts for them

If you look under frame in your parts manual you will find parts you need
This is one that I have in my bag of spares

Thanks chaps - I was looking at the page with the battery basket parts, not closely enough at the frame parts page. Dumb noob ... LOL.

Now I know what I need to order.

cheers,

Hi Canadius,
don't make things to complicated. It's only a chainroller. I'm using an old bearing. Since you cannot really see the chainroller it does not really matter how the part looks like. The function is to let the chain roll along. That's what the bearing does. No problems with it so far and a money saving solution.

Regards,
Ede
