Hi,

My balancer shaft bearing spitted out the balls and made a mess around in the crankcase. I have no splitted the case and cleaned everything up and looking for which parts to buy.

I obvious need new balancer shaft bearing and new crank bearings. I have read around here but got unsure if i should buy roller bearings or keep the ballbearings?

I attach some pictures of the crankcase, and wondering if i also need new liner? Got some marks from the balls on the underside of the piston and some on the bottom of the liner. Also a mark on the balancer.

Any thoughts on the liner and the balancer? Also i noticed a hole in in the crankcase, see picture. Would the bike run on oil i dont repair the hole?

That hole can be welded with tig weld. Possibly special liquid metal repair epoxy some stuff might work too. Main bearings is better to go with rollers. You have many possibilities/options here. Need to do LOTS of reading here. Good way is ntn c4 rollers with proper amount of play. Major source of bearings failures is not enough clearance. If you cave ability to get necessary work done to engine internals/ machine shop access then most closer to being bullet proof idea is spherical rollers. Again READ UP. Try to do wet ignition while you are at it ala Ktm rfs engine. You will increase oil capacity and that is very good for the engine.
