I am wanting to hook up my rear LED taillight to my Berg's newly installed hydraulic brake light switch. Can someone provide me a diagram on how to do this?

Taillight has three wires: 1. Black wire=Ground
2. Red wire=Power
3. Brake POSITIVE

One end to 12V other end to brake positive. It doesn't matter which black you use, it's just a "switch".

As Oregon say is just a switch

You have one ground, that probably is the same for lights and brake, one + for the light, and another + for the brake light. This one will go through the switch.

And it's done

Now...who can tell me what these three wires are for coming off my OEM harness towards the battery area?

I have a 2009 FE570 but it came without head or taillight. These look like they could be taillight plugs but where would the brake switch be tied in?

Power from a fused circuit to one side of the hydraulic switch, the other side of the hydraulic switch to the Brake wire on the tail light. You will have to test to see what wire makes the led illuminate brighter as this will be the brake. The other will be a running light that has less illumination. And of course the ground to a viable ground circuit.

I started my bike up and tested the yellow and red wires and I have ZERO voltage going to either of them. I have all fuses good. Is there an add-on switch (like the front headlight) that I need to add in order to get power to those wires?
