I found a few things wrong in the workshop manual, and online shops for the 70 degree bikes, regarding the crankshaft and woodruff keys. It seems like all you need is one woodruff key for the flywheel but you also need one for the timing chain sprocket and one for the primary drive.
Lets look at the manual for installing primary drive:
There is no mention about the woodruff key and in real life you have no spring washer.
And timing chain sprocket:
No mention about woodruff key.
So I had a look online and I couldn't see anything but the need for only one woodruff key (timing chain sprocket):
As I knew I was right (crank in front of me on the bench) and I knew that it is more or less a flipped ktm engine I had a look at 2012 ktm 500. On that picture I found the woodruffs and part numbers I needed:
So if you are to do the same job as me you will need:
1 x WOODRUFF KEY DIN6888-3X5X13 #200888030050 (flywheel)
2 x WOODRUFF KEY DIN6888-3X3,7 #160888030037 ( primary drive and timing chain sprocket)
