With the ribs on this liner I had to be a bit creative when fitting the piston and liner as it won't slide in. The balancer timing marks are a bit tricky too but where there's a will there's a way.
The liner is an exact copy of the two JBS liners I have and is a fraction smaller diameter where the cases clamp together at the head, steel having a different expansion rate? I have two spare sets of cases and when all three liners were clamped in (upside down) all could be pulled out easily, the standard liner could also but a little tighter, surprised me that as I thought they were clamped tight but I suppose the head holds the liner down under the 'top hat'?
