Hello!

Im new at this forum. Im from finland, aged 20.

I bought this bike two years ago, very nice condition. Got it cheap because it was stolen few times and some parts was broken or stolen..:mad:

I have bought new tires. Dunlop ones. Also bought a nice akrapovic muffler.

Also polished the wheels.. maybe the dirt wont suck up so easily :D

Anybody have any idea why Husabergshop.se isnt working.. Im trying to order some original parts but when i proceed to the paying options it doesnt give anything.. just a white blank page with no options..

Have tryed to email them but nobody answers.. Really need those parts to make my Husaberg look lovely again..

Just have to love Husaberg performance in every road condition...

HUSABERGSHOP.se - Sveriges största reservdelsshop för Husaberg-delar works fine for me, at least up until the point of paying ;-). As you probably know it's Lelles that is behind husabergshop.se, the contact info is the same for both. So you could go straight to Lelles web page, althoght it's a fair bit messier than husaberg.se or you could just email / call them.

I needed to visit Lelles yesterday and just for fun I took a really crappy pic of one of their "impulse buy displays" just by the checkout counter...
For the none Swedish guys here the small signs says FE501 Complete crank $1100 and Husaberg 400-470 complete engine block $2350

Hehe, Thanks man for the information! Send some email to lelles and got an answer. Their website isnt working but i can order the parts by sending the item numbers by email and then the paying card info tms..

Got answer very quickly.. which was wierd because the husabergshop.se email never answered. :spin:


Hehe, tryed burning some old tires one day..


But anyway, Going to order over 200€ of original parts there. :happy:

Hmm.. sure i can give you guys some pictures about my project.. Ill give you a link to the forum so you can check it out more often,.. its a finnish site but sure you can comment in english aswell.. Husaberg FS650 Projekti (Edistyy 27.12)



So i started a project.. The frame and svingarm + little parts are going to powdercoating soon.. also polishing all the parts i can and buying alot of new parts. :) Hope you like it.. :rolleyes::giggle:

Hehe, hello guys and thanks for the support!

I bought new brake pads to front and back. ALso picked up my rear fender and suspension spring from powdercoating. Looking good..

Did some little cleaning to the brakes, i hope it fits the bike.

And dont worry, i will get a nice custom graphic kit. The parts aint even bolted on, just hanging for picture. :)

But soon.. engine still missing some parts like valves and camshaft.

Also bought new mask and front fender, i dig it.

I just ordered a custom graphic kit from Finland, ill send a picture when they get it done. It's gonna be sweet :spin:

But yeah, ill try to build the bike so far as i can. I've been sick for a week now so didnt do anything :(
 
I have been lazy writing stories on this site.. actually forgot to do it. :eek:

Theres been alot of changes in this bike, still got alot to do.

But the bike was finished before summer and it has been working quite well since then.. until now.

I have couple questions that i want to ask before i show some photos

I was riding my berg just like a normal day and suddenly it just turned off, like it didnt get any fuel. Well then it started later but didnt work more than 5 minutes. I have changed the spark plug, changed the fuel lines, cleaned off the carburetor, checked valves, changed even the starter and relay. The spark is very bright and works every time. Any ideas where to check next? Could it still be electrical issue even though the spark is brilliant? :spin:

Update!

Hello again guys and girls!

So i bought the new bike for summer 3 months ago but im still gonna keep this bike until i can get the limitless license :D
I got some motivation to build the husaberg again so ill try to get it to more shows than last year.. since it was never working i never got a change to ride.

so here's a few pics of the look now. It has changed a bit and i have some plans to make it even more special.. Ill keep you updated .. Maybe :lol:

Im Trying to polish the wheels so shiny that when the sun hits you're going to be blind!:rolleyes2:

Nice touch on swinging arm (Black) might do the same on mine. Some day in the distance future.
 
Hello again guys and girls! :) Got some motivation back when i ordered these sweet new custom graphics.. i was disapointed that the last graphic did didnt really show up.. and it was way too dark. I think these graphics made this bike stand out wayyyy better ;)

I really like it now.. The clutchcase is getting some black color on it and also got Hydrodipping set ordered so i can get some parts with carbon :rolleyes:

As you can see there has been some changes and it's finally getting there.

The whole exhaust will be wrapped black so give it some look.
